Stock inventory orders will be shipped from our warehouses within 72 hours on business days.

The shipping depot depends on the location of the product inventory. Most of the products are shipped from our Asian storage center in Hong Kong. The delivery time product will notify you of the exact delivery date before the order is confirmed. A next-day delivery service is available in some areas, with delivery within 2 days in more than 100 countries/regions worldwide.

We support a variety of logistics services, quick pick-up and secure delivery.

By default, we use 4PX and EMS for delivery. If you have other logistics requirements, please contact us for an offer. Our logistics services support four major logistics companies - DHL, EMS, TNT, UPS and FedEx - and our years of global trade experience have enabled us to build a well-established logistics network with numerous logistics partners worldwide. We understand the importance of logistics in trade, so we will do our best to provide you with the highest quality logistics services. If you have your own logistics service provider, we can also use the logistics service provider you specify based on your requirements. To apply for a refund or exchange, a return request should be filed within 15 days of the delivery date. Products that meet the repair conditions will only be eligible for repair services if a repair request is made within the warranty period.

In the event of force majeure, LUCKIM does not guarantee a full refund, but we will do our best to compensate you for your losses.

For products classified as "electrostatic sensitive," appropriate preventive measures must be taken. ESD or moisture-sensitive products should not be opened except under controlled conditions.
