To apply for a refund or exchange, a return request should be filed within 15 days of the delivery date. Products that meet the repair conditions will only be eligible for repair services if a repair request is made within the warranty period.

In the event of force majeure, LUCKIM does not guarantee a full refund, but we will do our best to compensate you for your losses.

For products classified as "electrostatic sensitive," appropriate preventive measures must be taken. ESD or moisture-sensitive products should not be opened except under controlled conditions.
